Do you sometimes feel overwhelmed by your CSA share? Tired of seeing half your share go to waste? Not sure what to do when you’re approaching your third week of kale or beets? Just Food Community Chef Martha Ma will offer tips on how to best enjoy your CSA bounty. Learn which vegetables are best to eat first, how to best store your vegetables, and food preservation strategies.
